Answer as you would out loud
Written responses to the questions asked in real analyst and associate interviews, with the interview context stated up front.
Graded on three dimensions
Technical accuracy, completeness and interview communication. Each scored, with the specific mechanic you missed named explicitly.
Measurable skill
Competency by area, accuracy, average difficulty and an Analyst Rating that reflects volume, difficulty, accuracy and consistency.
Ranked nationally
Global, university and track leaderboards, so you know where you stand before a recruiter tells you.
The evaluation
Feedback that names what you missed
Generic coaching does not improve an interview answer. Every submission returns a scored rubric and the specific concept your response failed to address, then asks you to attempt it again before revealing the model answer.
Answers are assessed against a curated reference for each problem, so grading reflects what an interviewer actually listens for.
